Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a treatment with Opulence Aesthetics. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

About Us

Opulence Aesthetics is operated by Sally Mudhoo, an independent aesthetic practitioner based in Bexley, London. All treatments are carried out by Sally Mudhoo.

Age Requirement

All treatments at Opulence Aesthetics are strictly for clients aged 18 years and over. We reserve the right to request proof of age prior to treatment. Appointments will not proceed if a client cannot verify that they meet the minimum age requirement, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Consultations

A complimentary consultation is included with every treatment. During the consultation, Sally will assess your suitability for the requested treatment, discuss your goals, and explain the procedure, risks, and aftercare. We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not appropriate or safe for a client.

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and previous treatments honestly and in full. Failure to do so may affect the safety of your treatment and could void any aftercare obligations on our part.

Patch Tests

Certain treatments may require a patch test prior to the appointment. If a patch test is required, we will advise you of this when your appointment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to attend the patch test within the required timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being postponed and the deposit being forfeited.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment. We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email at the earliest opportunity.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Results & Expectations

Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and individual results vary depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, age, and metabolism. We will always aim to achieve the best possible result for you, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Photographs taken before and after treatment are for clinical record purposes and may, with your written consent, be used on our website and social media. You will never be pressured to consent to the use of your images.

Aftercare

Aftercare guidance will be provided following every treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this advice. We are not liable for any adverse effects that result from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us promptly. We are happy to offer a complimentary review appointment where appropriate.

Complaints

We are committed to providing a high standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
